Review: The seller does back their product. - I have the worst tasting water and since using this system the water taste better than any bottled water. One note, the other off brand reverse osmosis filters should not be used when it does come time to replace them. I tried another filter brand and the water was not drinkable. After replacing it with the original manufactures filters the water returned to perfect. It did require flushing out the system to get the impurities out from the off-brand filter I must compliment the seller on this product; they did offer a full refund even since it was past the returned date. Since I could use it and I did give it to a friend that installed it. The filter works great and plans on buying more from this seller.
