This creates an annoying un-sticking sound with each step I take. I bought these soles to get rid of the problem, and they are working pretty well. I was a little surprised about how much trimming needed to be done to get these (one size fits all) to fit my size 9 women's shoes. Also, I think I will need to replace the insoles somewhat regularly since the adhesive seems to be starting to become unglued.Oh yeah, and this product is actually a pack of three pairs of insoles. It definitely feels much better with those shoes that you can't wear socks or stockings with. However, I wish these came in sizes. Like other shoe inserts do. They are big and long and meant to be cut to size. However, I have other inserts that fit perfectly into my high heels. And the problem is that with these inserts, you can just cut off the back. You have to cut from the front, otherwise, you mess up the curve of the arch. Then, you're left with an awkward cut edge.
