Just a drop or two, but it's enough to be uncomfortable and embarrassing. I tried ALL the disposable male guards. I tried the thin ones that provided little coverage. And I tried the thick ones that provided good coverage but were bulky and uncomfortable. Not to mention disposables are expensive and wasteful. This product provides good coverage in a slim design. Unaware I am wearing it. It is easier on my pocketbook and the environment. Will not work with boxers. They work best with POUCH briefs, POUCH boxer-briefs or POUCH trunk briefs. I prefer a nylon blend (Stay away from rayon--it holds moisture). I hand wash with Dawn dish soap, stick in microwave for about 30 seconds to kill any remaining germs and let air dry overnight.
