I don't show my complete set up in the picture posted, but what I do is wrap a bed pillow in a beach towel for the seat, and I lay another beach towel over the whole thing, to guard against hot metal on the chair. I zip the tent almost all the way up, place a long, thin, heavy cushion (what I use when working out on the floor) on the top to block the opening better, and then I clip the very top flaps of the zippered pieces open a smidge, so that i can see out of the little peep-hole I'd created. Then i grab my water, put on a good program (am currently watching a Jane Eyre series) and watch TV while I roast. I love it! I love that I can also fold the whole thing up (after it's cooled) and in mere minutes stow it away in the closet. I actually purchased a Gaussmeter to find out. I used a TriField model 100XE meter (available here on Amazon) and found the following. EMF: interior and above (where your head would come out) ranged between 5 - 15 milligauss. Same outside, except on the round power distributor thingie, which actually sometimes pinned the meter at > 100 milligauss--but thanks to the inverse square law (or something), as I said, 5 - 15 milligauss where your head goes. This is not as low as the Swedish standard, but by comparison, it's 15 - 20 milligauss at my computer, and 10-15 milligauss by my refrigerator. In fact, I was stunned that my whole house is 5-15 milligauss. In the sauna, it was only occasionally higher than 5-7 milligauss, so I'm probably better off sitting in the sauna than casually lounging around my house. For ELF, I never got higher than 40 volts/meter. So, I think this sauna is the real deal. I was worried b/c it's from China, but now I'm comfortable with it. I'll probably also get a permanent, expensive cedar sauna that has <3 milligauss, mostly because I have to hide the Durherm from the cats and can't have it set up in my bedroom where they'll stick their little claws in it and make the wiring all hazardous. I used this item 5 times and just went down this morning to use again and the system wouldn't even power up.
