I have mine down and have no problems. I would call Amazon or the manufacturer. **Q: Are these tiles slippery when wet?** A: In my experience, yes. Best to avoid walking onto wet tiles and so be mindful of your safety and keep tiles clean and dry. The tiles are easy to work with...but yes: slippery when wet. **Q: Can you put these over installed porcelain tiles?** A: I'm not sure. I put mine over the panels on my gas fireplace. Because the panels already there were textured, these fell down. So, I added some glue to the back, and voila!
