I was compelled to write this after my experience with Camplux. First off the water heater is amazing! I still do not understand how this unit can heat water that fast and that hot (140 degrees). Even the shower head is awesome. The volume of water is just right.The water pressure is not so hard that your wasting water (for those who may be using it off grid like me) nor is it too low. It is surprisingly light weight and easy to hang and store away. I was actually prompted to write this review after my experience with Camplux's customer support team. On my first off grid trip with the water heater I forgot to disconnect it from my water tanks and to drain the unit as instructed. Well, when the temperatures fell into the low 20's you can guess what happened. Yes, everything froze and as a result the shower head broke and the internal water valve cracked. I contacted customer support and they responded immediately. Without any undue hassle they are sending me replacement parts!!
