Abends im Bett beim Lesen unter Schultern und Rücken, ein paar Minuten auf 6 lassen, dann auf 4 runter und einfach kuschelwarm und wohlfühlen! Benutze es ohne Bezug, der verknäuelt sich bloß. Die Abschaltautomatik ist auch prima, hab vor lauter kuschelwarmer Müdigkeit schon 2x das Abschalten und weglegen vergessen. Habe ein kleines von Beurer schon seit 9 Jahren, funktioniert auch einwandfrei nach wie vor. Das Gute ist die Größe! Beide Schultern und ein Teil des Rückens liegen gut drauf, so dass es auch bei Frieren schnell warm wird, und nicht nur an einer Stelle.
