If you have a mini Phillips screwdriver you can fix. The motor inside has stopped and needs to be manually spun. There is a hidden access screw under the blue control section. Peel up bottom right to find. Take apart. Unhook the hoses. Carefully remove small silver cylinder with white cap. That's the motor. Unscrew the 3 screws holding white plastic cap. Pop off. Next unscrew the next white plastic cap, two screws. Now pop that off along with the small white plastic gear kinda thing. Now you can spin the motor shaft free with some needle nose pliers. I cleaned off some corrosion around the shaft and put one drop of oil on the shaft also. At this point you can press power and make sure it spins. If so, reassemble and you'll be good! If you mix up which hose is which...turn on and feel for the one that sucks. That one goes in the center hole.
