Capra. They both taste clean and pure in a way that other milk based or even vegan proteins do not. I have tried alot of protein powders in the last 20 years. I have a protein shake at least once or twice a day for the last 15 years. So I really do appreciate the subtle flavor of this protein. I am new to goat milk, which is not offensive at all. It has a slight yogurt tang sometimes and I like that. It seems to be easily processed by my body. I don't get extra mucus like I started to noticed in the last 2 years with cow milk proteins, not a big reaction but enough that I switched to vegan powders. Of the Vanilla and Chocolate I like the Chocolate better, the vanilla really doesn't taste like anything. What I was surprised about was the casein blend, I have always used whey or isolate and I have not ever experienced the muscle preservation that the casein seems to create. I like that this is a a 80/20 ratio which gives me enough fast digesting protein that I am used to but also seems to really feed and recover my muscles and preserve more than I have experienced before. I have worked out almost everyday of my life for at least the last 27 years. I really pay attention to the quality of my work out, quality of my supplements and foods. I appreciate this product and I hope that Mt Capra puts out another casein product that I can blend myself. If you like more natural tasting proteins and you are interested in an alternative to cow milk that isn't vegan, this is really great. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simply the best whey I've used.. *by M***. on September 12, 2018* Years ago, while bodybuilding, I consumed hundreds of pounds of Cow Whey protein. Apparently, that protein does not work well for my body. After a 15 year break from surgery, I decided to follow the correct diet, get back into training and give this a shot. Simply the best tasting protein that I've ever used. Now to see if the benefits of training hard, again, pay off with this protein.
