Q: Can you see this powder in daylight?

Yes... kind of looks like gray dust in daylight

Q: Does this keep glowing after uv light is turned off?

I was not able to see the powder glow at any point in time. We took it to bonnaroo and an edm show and was disappointed with no glow both times.
