It is the only one with it pictured.** A: Mine is gray on the straps, clips and seat part the outer sections is tan/khaki. One of the pockets has white mesh on the sides. **Q: Can you remove the shoulder strap?** A: You can remove the shoulder strap, but using it will make the force more uniform and you will be more comfortable and relaxed. **Q: Can this be used without the shoulder strap ?** A: You don't have to wear it, but I will say that I bought this one because it has a strap. I have a similar hip seat without a strap and it digs into my groin when I walk (my son is heavy lol), but this one with the strap keeps it balanced and doesn't dig. **Q: Waist maximum** A: I was a size 16 when I bought it. I am able to carry my grandson with ease, even at 30 pounds, without any discomfort at all. It is a game changer, for sure.
