There are 2 tips I learned though.1. Get better screws. The ones they provide aren't that great when screwing into wood posts. Even with a pre-drill pilot hole, I've had a couple break off in the wood. Then you have to move the mounting holes 'cuz you can't get the broken one out (at least not easily)2. Mount the main support first and install the main gate. Then pull the gate out to where you want the latches to be on the other side and mark, mount them that way. This way you won't end up with the top/bottom end not being even with each other. Simple enough to do, and you eliminate any unevenness with needing to use a laser-level, protractor, and calculator ;-) ### ⭐ Dangerously bad. It’s very hard to pull the gate out of the roll and the latch on the other end is very questionable. My toddlers would instantly push it out of this latch and it would smack them while the retracting. In my photo you can see that this latch is wide open. We aren’t even going to give them the chance.. we will take this down.
