So jogging to floor work to grappling to stand up sparring then to ground again constantly meant slipping, stopping and readjusting or taking a shot when not in place hurts. Thought the price was a bit much until I used for the first time, no slipping very comfortable and then took a full on knee (which wearing anything would have dropped me) but absolutely nothing got through. You can’t tell you have it on at all. The compression shorts fit well and hold the cup in place securely.
