Review: Super flavorful; much more convienient than fresh garlic - I use this freeze dried garlic regularly in cooking. Super flavorful, pretty much indistinguishable from fresh when cooked. Better than frozen types, and night and day better than dried. I just put what I need in a little bowl and add a bit of water to re-hydrate before cooking as for fresh. They are in very small pieces, which works well for me, but if you want crushed garlic, then may need to crush more. If need whole garlic cloves then obviously this won't work. Ginger is awesome... when get a little piece in a mouthful of a meal, it has all the ginger heat as if had used fresh. I have these on subscription.

I use this freeze dried garlic regularly in cooking. Super flavorful, pretty much indistinguishable from fresh when cooked. Better than frozen types, and night and day better than dried. These are a lifesaver in the kitchen. We use garlic a lot and sometimes having just the garlic powder in foods isn't enough. They store well and are easy to chip and cook with. The flavor is also preserved well so there is no lack in quality.
