I’d really recommend AGAINST the sets with the plastic poles. That’s what I bought and ended up returning—it was a complete piece of junk. **Q: How tall its the net?** A: Net is adjustable. You can set it to a standard volleyball net size or lower it to play badminton or even lower for pickle-ball. **Q: How do you adjust the height?** A: There is a small hub that fits through it.
