To make it even more sanitary, we just put the commode liner over the top of the seat and kind of tuck it under the seat so it doesn't move, this helps keeps the seat germ free as well. I highly recommend this product! I have big, big, hips and thighs, 5'4" and around 175-185 lbs. If this is too small for you then you are just huge. That is on you, not the product.
