My issue is that I'm a side sleeper so I need a taller pillow but I'm small so the standard side sleepers are too tall. I thought this would be a good way to get the height I needed. I'm still waking up every morning with my neck hurting and I've tried multiple different levels of water. I can't seem to find one that works. Other thing is that if you don't have it very full and you sleep on your side, your head sinks in so it's hard to breathe.
