I suffer from extreme neuropathy and agitation in my legs and feet and a good nights sleep is a rarity. I honestly saw a weighted blanket as just another gimmick. I initially ordered a #25 one, but it was too heavy, and I now have a #15 one on a queen. It takes a little getting used to but once over the adjustment curve I am so impressed. It adds a feeling of comfort and because of its "small pocket" weighting it fits every curve (I still have a few)...like a nice big hug ! I am getting some great nights sleep now and am in a better mood through the day because of it.
