Work great. People should learn to read the instructions.
I've had stilts before, but sold them because I thought I'd never need them again. Then I hired guys to finish the sheetrock in my remodel house--and realized pretty quickly I'd be repairing their incompetent work for weeks to come. Where'd all the competent drywall finishers go? Oh, yeah, the border wall foolishness. Make America Not Have Smooth Drywall Again. Anyway, these, like all stilts, take time to assemble and adjust. Keep a 6' A-ladder backed up against a wall (so you don't fall flat and HARD on your gluteus maximus) and have the few necessary tools handy (#2 Philips screwdriver, 11mm or 7/16" open-end and ratchet). They fit me fine, but I could see the calf/knee stabilizer plates being a little too tight for anyone with big legs. Been using them all day. But then I foolishly noticed some of the other reviews. Honestly. READ. THE. INSTRUCTIONS. Anyone who says they 'force' you to walk knock-kneed is a complete moron. Sorry, that offends you? Get over it. M.O.R.O.N. There's an in/out stabilizer adjustment bolt SPECIFICALLY called out in the instructions for that. Loosen it, move outboard, no more knock-knee, be happy. Some people shouldn't be allowed to BUY anything, much less leave 1-star reviews on Amazon. Maybe we can send THEM over the wall instead of the people that are actually good at finishing sheetrock. The FIRST time.

Easy to walk in
I bought these for a Halloween costume - at the sale price, I figured they're worth it. I only practiced walking in them for a few hours before the Halloween party, but they're stable enough that it was fairly easy, so I was fine. For once, I was the tallest person in the room! The only downside was that I had to take them off when I wanted to start drinking (alcohol + stilts = very bad idea).I only ever tried walking around within the house, so I don't know how easy it'd be to use these outside on uneven ground. Indoors, these make a good costume component for the inexperienced stiltwalker. The broad foot bases stabilise the stilts so you can stand still without having to shift your feet around to keep balance - very important in a crowded venue. I know they're not intended to be used for costumes, but they work really well, and it's way easier to buy these than to make your own stilts. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone who needs to dress up as a taller character. The only possible downside is that they're pretty bulky, so your stilt pants have to be extra wide. But stilt pants always have to be wide, so that doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

Worth every penny.
This is the first time I've ever done a review, but I really felt like I should. I have been doing interior painting for friends, family, friends of friends, etc for MANY years and the one thing I have always hated doing was the wall to ceiling cut in. What a pain! Up the ladder... down the ladder.. move the ladder... up the ladder... and on and on and on. I always envied sheetrockers with their stilts, but couldn't justify the cost. (They were pretty expensive back then) At this price, I couldn't pass up the chance. OMG.... I LOVE THEM!!! Makes my job so much easier and faster! So glad I bought them.

Great Product for the price
Picked up these stilts to help a friend finish out his basement, hanging drywall ceiling and walls. They work great for what they are, they do take some getting used to for sure. The only downside to them is the buckles and straps. The buckles close to the knees don't "bite" the straps at all, so the come loose almost instantly. A couple wraps with duct tape and they were good to go.Weight limit stated on the box is 228lbs. I'm 295 and wore them all day with no issues (plus a tool belt full of screws and drill) no visible wear or damage to them that I can find. Will definitely be handy to have around the house when needed. Probably not the high-quality an every-day professional would want, but they work great for minor duty work.

Great Stilts
These are just what I needed to work in high places without constantly moving a footstool. They are easy to strap on, and after a time or two, easy enough to walk around in. They are sturdy and well-built. The one thing I don't like is that they seem to tilt toward the leg-brace side rather than being more balanced. The reason is obvious, but it is a bit unnerving when you are up in the air. It works best to stand and walk with your feet in a "V" to add a bit of stability. Just make sure you set your gear on a table before getting up--anything on the floor is going to stay there unless you have an assistant.

Great stilts awsome price
The only downfall is the top leg strap on one became bad after a week of steady use I purchased a set of upgraded straps other than that the best stilts I’ve ever used I’ve been doing drywall professionally for about 20 years

Leg straps come loose
Everything is great except for the leg straps come loose right off the bat. Go ahead and spend the extra money and get the Velcro padded straps and you won’t have any problems. They probably should just go ahead and include them Since the leg straps are so crappy
