I told the CSR the "carriers" for Amazon are FedEx, UPS, USPS, all who deliver to me, further, this is sold and shipped by Amazon, it's not a large item (esp since you have to put it together yourself), package is not large, not hazardous or dangerous so it makes no sense why it's "restricted."
