Works well and nice quality but has some design flaws
It was easy to put hook up to my raspberry pi 4 model b. Worked perfectly. It also seems like a fairly nice quality product.If the battery was just a little bit more narrow, it wouldn't block the screw holes, which would allow you to mount the boards on stand-offs. As it is currently designed, it's impossible to mount the board with the battery attached. So if you buy this, expect to have to come up with some creative solutions to make it work in your application.The other very minor complaint is that it has two very bright blue LEDs on the board. It's something else to take into consideration depending on your application.Overall still happy with the product though. It does exactly what it is advertised to do.

These work reather good.Not sure why that. My raspberry pi model B3 plus has issues with the power supply from this pack.Raspberry, pi 4 works great, however sometimes the power dips....

Great little UPS for pi
Great little power supply, even provides easy-access 5v to add a fan to your pi.Other users mention the battery not working. I contacted PiSugar support and they were able to get me back up and running.Highly recommend based on their customer service, the quality of the product, and the price.

Waste of my money
Battery doesnt hold a charge. Bought this to make my raspberry pi portable, but i cant go anywhere with it because this battery doesnt work, not even for 1 second. It worked out of the box one time and then was never able to charge again. So very disappointed and sad about this product. 0 stars

Loose battery and blocks 2 mounting holes
You only have access to 2 of the mounting holes leaving the battery in its akward shape that you can’t secure
