It is high in the rear portion, but lower in the front so my legs are not raised up as high as my head is. Perfect. My first impression when I opened the box is that this cushion was large - and weird looking. It also comes in a carry bag with handle straps (which I may never use, but it is an added bonus). It does fit my computer chair perfectly, and it does not slide around - and I don't have to look at it while I'm sitting on it. After using it for a few days I can also say that it is very comfortable. I would definitely buy it again.
