The bottom of the battery bank says 18.5 WH, and 5000 mAH. Tested it from fully drained to full, and it shows that it put back in 16.97 WH. Pretty dang close. Tested it charging an iphone 7, a Samsung S21, and an older cell phone. Max output I saw was about 1.6 A.- or about 7.5 W. Device is very light and works. I don't expect it to charge the S21 from scratch to full; it's not big enough, but this device can add a charge to get you buy for a short bit. It's small enough to fit in a pocket without any serious issue; it's also very light.For the price, if you want a small pocketable backup battery bank, to carry in your pocket, well, it'll fit the bill. Bought a couple to give away as gifts to some people I know with older phones- for them to carry around when their phone dies.The charging rate- well, I saw up to 1.6 A sustained: not bad considering its size. A poor cable I used initially made me have second thoughts; changed the cables, and it seems to work well. For $12, it's hard to beat.
