**Q: I am having a hard time to find out what size i need. medical gloves i wear are m,but if i measure the way the instructions show here, i'd need xl-xxl**
A: I have small hands and would normally order a small. I ordered a medium because I do have long finger nails. The only place I have extra room is in the wrists. I find that overall they run a bit small. The only suggestion I have is whatever size you would order in regular gloves, go one size bigger in medical gloves. I will say they do go on easier than other of they type that I have purchased. Good luck.
