Want to clean and polish it.** A: it should, if the surface is rough it may soak up quite a bit of the product initially though. I'd bring a couple heavy duty rags to apply it evenly. **Q: Can this me used on an unsealed limestone hearth?** A: Yes, but this will not really seal your stonework. Also note this cleaner is no more effective than basic soap and water cleaning.
