This one is made of vinyl. It has to stick to the glass roof by water tension. I think it'll be too heavy. U will need to close blinds at night or when out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ easy peel backing and let it static cling to a clean window. *by E***D on 27 June 2025* I was hesitant since moving home and having these very big double glazed windows. I didn't really want to resort to nets. I love this film so amazing! Wash and clean the windows first with a cheapo window cleaner to get rid of any germs, bacteria or mildew on the glass, wipe clean and leave to dry, then liberally ultra fine mist the glass and peel off the static back from the film only the amount of length you need, apply one corner first and match the edge and wipe lightly down to get it to cling. The problem here is if you are like me and have cats and cat hair easily flying around getting zap static attracted to the window and the film. So you know because its not at all adhesive you can wipe the film to get the hair off and reapply due to the static so easy to fit. I bought a tool kit for applying films made my job so much easier but cheap alternative would be a piece of tissue wrapped around credit card so it doesn't scrap or drag on plastic as you push bubbles from under film to the edge. You do not get perfect vision through the glass, so don't expect HD clarity. The amount of heat this film has restricted during heatwaves has been great. I am so happy. I bought the copper/silver coloured film so silver is facing externally and copper is internal to filter down the shade of the light coming in. There is plenty of day light coming in.
