Except that the code listed under the QR code (I guess that is supposed to help you figure out what series you have) doesn't match any of the firmware updates in the app - note - you have to open each "series" to look for your version. And don't even think about trying the back arrow, just quit the app and start over, save yourself a headache and a broken screen from banging on it!OK, maybe the website in the microscopic instruction paper would have info - NOPE!!! it open in Chinese (I guess) and when you translate to English it says the site is down...The Lightning plug is a big, so it may not fit with some cases.
