It tastes great and unlike most coffee I've had except for coffee I cold brew myself, it is not acidic in a way that bothers my stomach. The mushrooms in the coffee likely are part of helping with the acidity and also contribute to the healthiness of the product. I love the individual packets which keep the product fresh and are easy to travel with or throw into my purse. I often get two cups of coffee out of each packet. Since I eat only organic for health reasons, if I meet with friends at a non organic coffee shop or restaurant, I always have my Simply Organic coffee handy to drink while visiting with others.
