As the pictures show, it comes in two packages: the grill in one and the cart portion in another. The grill is fully assembled and the cart requires assembly, however is quite simple and only requires a phillips screwdriver to put it together. Assembly time with two people was a little over an hour and was straight forward following the directions.The grill offers plenty of cooking space in a reasonable sized grill that can easily be incorporated into any outdoor space. While it is an expensive grill, you certainly get what you pay for int quality and features of this grill. The grill is made from stainless steel and has held up great outdoors with a cover over it. The heat displacement of the grill is even and makes cooking whatever you are using the grill for easy and a pleasure. One thing to be aware of is that you will need to purchase a propane regulator hose to hook up the grill to a propane tank, otherwise it includes everything you need.
