Review: Das Silit-Topfset wurde innerhalb 2 Tagen geliefert. Alle Töpfe sind sehr schön und die Böden liegen plan auf. Die Deckel haben kein Dampfloch, das soll zum wasserarmen Garen dienen und sie sollen während des Kochens nicht abgenommen werden. Das habe ich mit einem Brokkoli ausprobiert. Die Garzeit hat sich fast halbiert und es ist auch nicht so viel Wasser zum Kochen erforderlich, wie ich es bei meinem bisherigen Topf gebraucht habe. Der Wasserdampf im Deckel perlt ab und man kann in den Topf schauen, ob das Wasser kocht. Die Wärme wird super gespeichert und man kann die Hitze sofort reduzieren oder wegnehmen und es kocht noch minutenlang weiter. Was ich auch gut finde an den Töpfen ist, dass die Wände senkrecht nach oben gehen und nicht schräg nach außen wie bei manch anderen Töpfen, und die Henkel daran benötigen auch noch Platz im Schrank. Ein paar kleine Schlieren im Topf nach dem Kochen sind mit einigen Tropfen Zitronensaft völlig verschwunden.
