When I received the item in the mail it came in a black felt bag, the presentation being simple but stylish. When worn this item has a heavier feeling then expected due to the materials. I use this item for meditation by slowly counting one Bead at a time until I've circled the item entirely. This can be measured by the slightly larger stone at the knot of the item. This can be done as a mindfulness exercise or a method to time meditation sessions. My only complaint about the item would be that the elastic band used to hold the stones together, will sometimes become caught on one of the stones. This can cause the beads to become bunched on one section of the elastic.
