While these are marketed for the companion app, you can use these for any one of the many versions of this game since they're just the plastic mouthpieces and nothing else.

There were not enough mouth pieces that came with the game MouthGuard Challenge Game.  So glad I thought to purchase the extra package of Cheek Retractors.
