Having spent a considerable amount of money to purchase these, we ensured that they were maintained to the highest standard because we did not intend to replace them for a long time. Sadly, we lost 12 Batteries last year. We immediately contacted Rolls and guess what, their guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. We were informed that because we live in a hot country, the life expectancy of these Batteries were on average 2 to 3 years, surprise, surprise, no where was this written in their manual. We were also told that they would need to be checked by an engineer on a monthly basis and the checks recorded as part of the warranty. Had we been informed about these conditions, we would not have touched their products with a barge pole. Incidentally, we know of at least 6 customers that have experienced and are experiencing the same problems with Rolls Batteries. BEWARE DO NOT TOUCH THESE PRODUCTS they are rubbish and the customer service is no better. ### ⭐⭐ Not as good and lasting as projected by the Company. *by A***B on January 8, 2022* The media could not be loaded. I bought these batteries in 2015 and eight of these batteries are no good at this time. I am disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 16in series 72 Months no problems *by P***R on November 20, 2018* Have emergency power setup have 16-6v in series 48v.
