For my 3 year old, they are perfect, but my 11 year old, the band doesn't allow the ear cups to cover her entire ear. So I would say go with an adult sized ear protection plan. **Q: Will they fit a 3 month old** A: This was the first that popped up when I just did a search for infant ear muffs , BUT personally I'm gonna say no... my 3 y.o. had them on the smallest adjustment, and they were ok ... just in my opinion I don't see them sufficient for a 3 MONTH old .
