I 100% can say it definitely works well for wigs (be sure it’s heat safe) and I have even used it for my own hair and it works very fast!! I do wish they had different plates or a crimper that is 7-8 tooth for smaller textures!! This one only has 5 so it’s bigger. A 7-8 tooth crimper would be god send for cosplay wigs or if you want the pattern to be even smaller. I just got this one because it seemed to be more affordable and had good reviews. I do like that it includes a glove. The heat levels are fine, I use the two lowest ones and they do auto shut off after a bit which is fine.
