A: You have to buy the adapter plate so the bolt holes line up for a 5.3chevrolet intake then you have to modify cold air intake.

Fits good good idle

Looks great and everything but I could not get the engine to idle where it should. Would not idle under 800-1000 rpms when computer demanded 550. And car ran rough. Put the stock one back on and it idles where it should and runs like a dream.
