They do include an extender, but I didn't want to have to use that, which is why I sized way up from reading the previous comment.. Even with going up to a 42 band, I have to have the hooks on the loosest setting and it's snug, but not uncomfortable so. Luckily the band is fairly wide, which minimizes back fat with the snug fit. I could've gone up at least another band size or two and just used tighter settings on the hooks. Keep that in mind. Also, I had read somewhere that if you go up substantially on the band size you should go down on the cup size which I did luckily. I just ordered 2 more. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The breast form prosthesis do not stay put inside the bra due to the opening being in the middle . *by A***H on September 8, 2025* This is a beautiful bra very well made and good quality the only problem is the opening for you to put your prosthesis in is in the front so therefore in order to keep your breast prosthesis in place you have to literally pin the front clothes because the breast prosthesis falls out and falls to the side.
