I was looking for an empty palette to store my eyeshadows in and didn't want to buy a z-palette after they embarrassed themselves by attacking customers online. I ordered this palette after the brand was recommended to me on social media. I couldn't be happier with it! Everything fits perfectly and there isn't any awkward spacing, which is a pet peeve of mine. I thought the personal note was a nice touch. I believe that quality and great customer service are two of the most deciding factors between business and repeat business, which are two VERY different things. It's easy to get new customers, but much harder to retain those same customers. I was so happy with this palette that I ordered the mermaid print one for my highlighters the same day. It's really nice to support a company that cares about quality over quantity and ensuring that their customers WANT to repurchase their products. If you're on the fence about getting it, just go for it. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful design, comes with magnets in case your pans don't automatically come with a magnetized back, nice size mirror inside, feels well made, fits a ton of my colourpop shadows, and came with a coupon for 20% on Altair's website!

I use colourpop eyeshadows in it and they magnetize well. It will fit 28 colourpop shadows and the mirror is ok. When I received the pallet, the mirror wasn't completely in place so I glued the paper back onto it. I really like it regardless and it does come with spare magnets if you depot pallets and the pan isn't magnetized. In my package I received a 20 percent off coupon code and a thank you note addressed to me which I appreciated.

I LOVE this!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. It came with a handwritten note, and the packaging was beautiful and thoughtfully done. I'm so impressed. I love everything about this. Great quality, beautiful, and I really appreciate the magnetic stickers for my non-magnetic items.

This is my everyday pallette, I was able to customize it to add the pans of makeup I want to use. Its the best thing I could have ever bought because I travel a lot for work. Everything is in one place. It has a beautiful big mirror! Its sturdy, and feels really nice. I love it!So worth every penny.

Exactly as described. Very clean looking unit to hold my faves! Nice magnetized adhesive stickers included are very thin yet strong. This one is large enough to create a condensed 'travel' compact with all my go-to essentials. May purchase another for extra blushes, bronzers, highlighters, and finishing powders. Will nicely fit into a carry-on without worry about fracturing the mirror...sweet!

I receive this palette within 3-4 of my purchase and I even received a personal letter inside which I thought was absolutely such a nice touch. It makes my purchase feel a little more personal. It holds all my depotted items so well, and its even a little bit bigger than my regular "large" sized z palette. I love it! Will be purchasing more in the future. Extremely satisfied with this purchase :)
