At first, I thought it could possibly be a placebo effect. But now I'm really starting to see a difference, my endurance is starting to increase, and actually I can breathe a little easier for some reason, not sure if that's due to the increased iron absorption from the powder, but myred blood cells seem to be happy :-) Also, what impressed me the most about Shilajit is it such an all-in-one nutraceutical.
