Loved it. Had it for five years. Then, one night a family member put it into the dish washer. That broke the seal at the rim. It sweated on the outside all the time. Five years for a free large insulated cup is fantastic. Almost two years I bought this cup...exactly the same as my first. It's never had the unfortunate experience of a cycle through the dish washer, but it has lost the vacuum seal none the less. I'm still going to order another because, simply, it's the best to be found anywhere. The construction is very good, I take my cup everywhere and it is still in good condition. I wasn’t sure if the straw came with it when ordering because even though it was pictured with it the description didn’t say it was included. I’m happy to say it is included and love the fact that it has a cap on it as well. My teenage son loved my cup so much he asked for one of his own. Maybe some people can drink that much and be fine, but my surgeon told me that that's actually more than you need per day and that having more could cause harm. If you're thirsty then go for it, but don't heed the "health" info on the front as fact.
