The primary reason I bought the GasOne stove was it had the BBQ grill piece, and it was cheaper and had faster Prime delivery to where I live than the Ohuhu stove. The only difference is the logo etched on the side of the stove, the quality of materials and construction is the same. **Q: lamp oil ?** A: I believe lamp oil would need something to act as a wick, but theoretically I guess you could. For light purposes though, as I'm not sure that would be safe to cook over. Alcohol cubes, gel, or liquid made for cooking would be much better. For heat, anything flammable would work, but depending on where you are (indoors/outdoors) fumes could be a safety issue. There are alcohol cubes made for use indoors, and are much easier to carry than liquid. So just keep in mind where and how you plan to use your stove. They work really well under normal conditions, easily boiling a pot of water or percolating our coffee.
