I will start by confirming the negative reviews that it does not make a perfect sand dune scene every time you rotate it. You also have to nudge it a little by rotating it the direction that you want it to drop down to. Sometimes when you rotate it the sand will fall down in one chaotic scene and not make the pretty dunes. It can be a little top heavy so do not place this on a table that is not sturdy as it will probably fall over. These were the negative reviews that I think make this the most custom art piece you can ask for!The first day I had my boss and coworker mesmerized and had to tell them to get back to work and stop watching the sand fall as it is extremely peaceful to watch. If you want something that is soothing and is guaranteed to start and keep a conversation going then you want to own this piece.
