Pros:Earpiece is decent. Build quality feels solid. Seems to have good battery life - I drive for Lyft and use it to hear navigation directions while my riders enjoy the radio. I've used it as long as 10 hours on a single charge and it was still going. I like that it has a physical on/off slide switch on the side, making it very easy to tell if it's on or off at a glance. Pairs up quickly and easily with my phone (Samsung Galaxy J7). Overall volume level is good once you get it positioned right, and calls are clear.Cons: The plastic ear clips provided with the earpiece are brittle and flimsy and break very easily. I broke the first one after the first day of use, replaced it with the second one that was included with the earpiece. I put that one on the earpiece before going to bed and set the earpiece on the table. When I woke up the next morning, it was broken.What? I guess that the ear clip is just molded a bit too tight where it clips onto the stem, and the pressure causes it to crack at that point.

silcone ear piece is quite comfortable which is big deal for me！navigate with my smartphone easily in a sec even better come with long battery life. NICE

I bought 2. Both have poor sound quality sometimes. Yes my ear loops are all broken too. Does not work well when paired with 2 devices. Does not really toggle back and forth like others I have had. I have trouble going between my tablet and my phone. Basically whichever device connects first dominates the signal. Cannot tell how much of a charge remains. Can't get in touch with Wisdomspot customer service to make claim on one year manufacture's warranty. Will probably buy another brand.

The price is right, but it will not connect to any phone. I purchased this for my father - we tried connecting it to his phone and it won't connect. I tried on my phone, it still won't connect.

Randomly disconnects/reconnects some days. Ear hook very fragile. They give you 2, I broke one putting in my shirt pocket, the other broke when I mistakingly put it in my pocket again. I then epoxied the hook on. Next time it breaks, it will go in the trash.

I love this head set i bought two battery life is amazing it's the longest I have ever seen but the clarity is greattach to it will definitely buy again if I need one knowing

Works very well. Was able to connect my personal/work phones at the same time so that I can answer either one via the headset.

It does really good for listening to music but no one could really hear me with the phone calls
