This had to be the worse thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. And it stains things really bad. The powder is yellow and I got some on my hand and shirt and it took multiple washes with soap to get off my hand. I’d say just get the capsules and don’t waste your time with this because the taste just makes it so miserable to drink. Like it’s not the kind of thing you’d push through and drink anyway.
