A: hm...  one of those things that makes you go hm....

If your 2007 Yukon Denali isn't working = then I haven't a clue.

If it's the key-fob thingy, I can give you a definite - maybe..
The referenced item is a "shell".
It doesn't do anything by itself.
The innards from your old fob go in to it.

For my situation, my original fob was split, cracked.
The buttons were intermittent.
The range/distance was low = probable dead battery.

So, with this new shell, I could get a good environmental seal, as well as, clean new button contacts.
I popped my old one apart (really, it's more like it finished falling apart)
I cleaned the electronics board with isopropyl alcohol and an eraser.
Then installed a new battery - and, snapped it back together.   

By using the old fob' s electronics, i did not have to register a whole new fob+electronics to the vehicle. The vehicle stills sees an authenticated chirp from the old electronics in the new case.

Basically, if your old fob looks like this.
And,
Your old electronics still work after the clean up.
Then,
You should be ok.

If the circuit board inside is cracked/corroded by a leaky battery, then there is no fix.
You'll need a whole new replacement fob, that you will have to register to your vehicle.

**Q: What if you SUV did not come with a keyless entry but you've purchased one for it how do you get it to work?**
A: You can’t. This is just a replacement shell for the internal mechanism. You would have to purchase an entire keyless entry and the mechanism for the car. Yours might be pre-wired for one through the dealership. If not, you would have to get one installed.
