It depends on the specific year/model of your Santa Fe, if you have an SE, SEL, or XRT it may depending on the year. Limited and Calligraphy trims have different tire sizes. Your nearest tire shop would remove your current tires and put these on your existing rims. You should go look at your current tires, the size can be seen on the sidewall.
