Giving it a try!
This seems to help me sleep better at night. Also, seems like I have less pain in my knee. I ordered a second bottle. I take them with the evening meal. I'm going to give it a try for a few months and see what I think.

this was a great deal, I have a lot of inflammation and this did help me not feel so achy. I also give it to my dog 2x a week to help his arthritis and he also seems to be walking a little better.. Thank you!
