This is my first time using this type of product. I started searching for this product when I started having pain on the left side of my bottom that was shooting down my leg. After researching exercises to help relieve the pain in my muscles, especially piriformis, I kept seeing recommendations for a foam roller to use in these exercises. I searched on Amazon and found this one to have promising reviews and ordered it. I’m so glad I did. It has really helped with the pain and I’m continuing to use every day. It will be something I use consistently to keep this kind of pain from happening again. It is very firm, not much give at all, but from what I understand, it’s supposed to be. I tried a tennis ball, which can be used for these exercises and found it way too painful. The foam roller for me is a better alternative and does not cause as much pain while using. It is bigger in circumference than I realized, but makes it easy to balance on to get a good massage on the affected muscles. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Didn’t know I needed this as badly as I did until it arrived today and I used it immediately on my back & R IT Band.I had surgery on my IT Band 2 times ~ the doctor never suggested this roller. Huh??? I’m supposing he didn’t know about it. 🤦‍♀️ SMHTWO SURGERIES! I believe it is a strong possibility I did NOT have to go under the knife.Nevertheless I have this now & can work this out in time at my convenience in my own home.I must note, there is some pain that goes along with using this, but I strongly believe this roller will work it out correctly and completely.Is lightweight, and very durable. It’s VERY hard; but you need it to be that hard in order to work out the kinks. Stick with it.100% worth your money & health.

This is a great product for sore muscles. When you’ve been to the gym too long you’ve been working outside, working on your vehicle, whatever it is, you’re doing in your aching.It also will fit in your luggage quite nicely. Very light soft works wonders.I have bursitis in both cheeks. Using this daily helps me to be able to sit without being in an immense amount of pain.

Came as pictured, but SUPER hard with no give whatsoever. Like hard as a rock, so did not work for my PT needs.

This is working out really good for me. I use it to help stretch my lower back that keeps getting tight. It's made a huge difference. I do tons of regular stretches that don't seem to get the same kind of relief that a couple of minutes on this can give me.

This works great. I'm undergoing physical therapy for a total knee replacement and this is just with a doctor ordered. They had one of these at my physical therapy office and when I saw how inexpensive it was to buy one, I went ahead and did it. I'm so glad I did

I ordered this on the recommendation of my Occupational Therapist after hand surgery to use as a spine stabilizer. It did not work for me, due to being too hard and stiff for my comfort!! I however, took it to my therapist and ended up giving it to her, since she liked the stiffness of it!!

Sturdy roller that can withstand body weight. I does not deform and works well to relieve tension in the back and legs.
