Served my temporary purpose in determining the psi my mechanical fuel pump was producing when I was having carb issues. I left it on there still working. **Q: What size thread is that 1/4 female?** A: I believe its 1/4 NPT like every other one - the problem is the gauge is crap anyway. I was just using to make sure I had pressure because I went to electric pump and wanted to make sure I had enough output to feed the carb. I used mine and then got another better gauge but it served its purpose and now in my 15 year box of random stuff - may just be an inline to test fuel flow on mowers or trouble shooting vehicles.
