This is a good story and a must read book for all the suspense thriller lovers. Story moves forward at a brisk pace.This story' is about two sisters. They will see their father getting arrested fr killing their mother at their very young age. It picks up seventeen years later as Chloe is trained to be an FBI agent and moves back to her home town. Crime analysis, murders were linked to the story. It was fascinating to know the next take in the story.The twists and turns in this story keeps the reads gripping and unputdownable. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

First 50% of the book was slow and it was more like filler than a story. In the later half, things started to happen and it finally became interesting.The protagonist is too smart and it seemed little unrealistic. There were too many crying and fighting with tears. The plot was good and interesting but it could have been written better. Perhaps the author should have tried to turn into a full length novel to provide better perspective.

Mindblowing storyline . With each chapter goes on the tense also goes on high. This was my first ever book that I have read from kindle and I am happy to the core that I have selected a perfect one to start . Become a fan of Chloe and ofcourse the author Blake Pierce 😎😎

Was unceratin before taking this up turned out to be Fast paced, gripping, good read. Would definitely read more from this author.

GOOD STORY...... A MUST READ BOOK...... but before that u need to know these points.......Chloe's father had an affair and his girlfriend (ruthanne) killed chloe's mother. Martin cheated danielle over other girl. Danielle gets free after d blood of a guy named alan short was found in Martin's nails . Alan was hired by ruthanne and she was d one who wrote letters to Danielle . Steven left chloe and never came back.SUSPENSE REVEALED ....... 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Drifting narrative.. unable to grab the reader With the storyline..

I'm not one who enjoys reading psych mysteries but this was a very good, well written book. I'd never heard of this author prior to reading this and I will definitely tell my bookish mystery reader friends about it. Two estranged sisters living completely different lives come together after finding out the truth about their mother's murder 17 years prior.

Such a good story and so easy to read. Highly recommend this book. Can't wait to read another Chloe Fine adventure.

I enjoyed this book right from page 1 to the end..the plot developed nicely. I enjoyed the writing style...will definitely look for this author in the guture

I have not read any of the books by this author before. In fact, this is not the genre of book I usually read. ( I love historical fiction). But the 1st book in the Chloe Fine series came across my path by sheer accident. I was addicted from beginning to end.I loved the relationship between the sisters was complex, and how different the were. One an agent in training. The other a bar attendant. The novel takes many twists and turns, before the amazing ending. I see his previous lead character, was a male and book 1 is for free. Was a best seller. I am about to start book 2. Nothing like a bit of psychological mystery, it’s probably the genre I prefer in movies. A good story. Told well.

Simple story with twist. Kept me awake. Well written and didn't drag. Will consider ,more of similar books by Blake.
